Finally! The Photoshop CS6 Beta is Available for Download

I don't know about you but those increasingly seductive "sneak peeks" of Photoshop CS6, topped by the truly epic Content Aware Move, have made the last few months increasingly hard to get through. Sure, CS5.1 (or 12, using the pre-Suite numbering schema), was not without its charms but most of us chose to pass and wait for the CS6 Suite version.

Was it worth the wait? Add up Content Aware Move, an improved Patch tool, a Blur Gallery, Perspective Crop, type styles and improved font rendering, new vector layers, styles on groups, claimed pixel accuracy with the ability to snap to pixels, the addition of video capabilities, dramatic speed boosts and a nifty new interface look, to mention just the highlights, and it might just be time to start counting pennies for a May upgrade. But decide for yourself by giving the beta version a spin.
