Siri on iPhone 4S lets you use your voice to send messages, schedule meetings, place phone calls, and more. Ask Siri to do things just by talking the way you talk. Siri understands what you say, knows what you mean, and even talks back. Siri is so easy to use and does so much, you’ll keep finding more and more ways to use it.

Yes it's already live for the 4S. It's been live for quite some time as an app called by the same name Siri.

Oh jeez - I can hear people yammering at their iPhones everywhere I go now. haha
I'm on the fence about it - sometimes I like to do my research and conduct my emails privately - meaning not saying everything out loud. I'm not sure how much use Siri would get out of me because of that.
I hate all phones that don't have Siri inside.
