UPDATED - Frozen Yogurt Logo

Okay, I took the comments into consideration and applied your suggestions. I tweaked the text and centered the logo/type. I also included a B+W sample and a sample with various sizes in both B+W and color. please reevaluate. Thanks in advance.....Also, is there a way to just update or delete your original postings? I had to create this third posting.

I think the font choice is bad.

Nice logo though.

the differences in the three parts to your swirl are too delicate and disappear in anything that isn't color or large.

and you should still tighten up that kerning. it's still inconsistent. for example, look at the two instances of OG. they're both very different. and the RTO is still very loose.
