Page Numbering

I can imagine this has been asked a million times, I had a search for it on the forum but didn't find what I needed.

I'm trying to have my page numbering start on page 6, but I want the numbers to start from 1, not 6.

ie - I want the page numbering to start from 1, after the contents page.

I'm using InDesign CS3.
