Here is a brand new version of the logo project I have done. it is for a fake design company. I have taken into account some of the statements I received and thought it better to just restart.
Any tips will be greatly appreciated.

We artists are indestructible, even in a prison cell or concentration camp I would be almighty in my own world of art. Even if I had to paint my pictures with my wet tongue on the dusty floor of my cell. - Pablo Picasso
GOOD IDEA! I don't know anything about "blue balls"!!!
Ronaldo! xD
It looks very amateurish. What's the concept?

Totally digging the enthusiasm behind your work, but you need to channel that energy effectively. I kind of, sort of see an idea here - but you would need to work ALL those letters. Imagine looking thru a fisheye lens that was focused on the V... the V is the largest, the other letters proportionally get smaller all the way back to the B. They would also be on a curve - not an angle straight up to the V and down. Then put in an oversized bang (!) at a random angle and voila - that's what you're shooting at. Don't know why, but that's what you want (imho). Then that bottom font (Yardmaster?) is totally ridiculous. Find something appropriate.
Thank you!
The spacing of the letters in BRAVO is not good. For example, the O is too close to the V.
The font for "Graphics" will be lost at smaller sizes.
What is the point of the horizontal line?
The line really has no purpose other than I didn't like it without it. I know I know....
Maybe just ditch the word "graphics" and the line altogether (and neaten up that kerning, of course!).
