There is absolutely no chance that this is real. Not a chance at all.

Why on earth would they paint a foundation covered spot or have hairs like cbrophy78 mentioned.

All fake, if not why wouldn't you feature that on your site.

If you can Photoshop that good, your site would be a hell of a lot better, It is the worst piece-o-cr*p I've seen.

The tooth in question also has a different shade and luminance value compared to it's neighbors.
