There are two distinct routes you could take:

1) You could sell your logos via a stock site or one of the growing number of logo factory sites out there. This is not a way to make lots of money (for anyone other than the site owners) but it may earn you something. Sell via a stock site and you can eventually get very good at churning out and selling logo concepts.

2) You could build experience of working with clients to create logos that work for their business. This may be slow to start off with, and can be thoroughly frustrating, but it is equally rewarding - which is probably why most of the people on this site chose it.

very, very few people in the world make an actual living as a "logo designer"

you need to get an entry level job at a design studio or in your case "branding agency"
making "logos for brands" is typically part of a much bigger issue than just the logo itself.

you could start attending your various local business networking events and sell yourself there. but even in that arena "logo design" is a very, VERY small part of the equation. being a "logo designer" is like being a "bathroom door carpenter"

you could also start by putting up flyers and leaving stacks of biz cards at local coffeshops and business that provide areas for such.
