Forum posts mixed up
Junyor (0 points) | Sun, 2005-04-17 10:53Many of you have noticed that some of the imported forum posts have the wrong author. This problem affects roughly 70 users, all of which signed up on the old forums since about January. I'll be working on fixing the problem this afternoon. Things may initially look like they've gone from bad to worse, but everything should be ironed out in a bit. We apologize for this inconvenience.
OK, I think everything is all fixed now. Please post any author mix-up problems in this thread.

There's one.. when you look in the overview of the forum.. you'll see that dorí has the final post.. but when you enter it me has the last post..
I was getting the name dorí when you changed stuff earlier today..

If you're referring to the Bob not BOB Web site, than yes, it IS real… sorta!
I built that site (in about 3 hours) for one of our clients who is sponsoring the event. Wait til you see the video we shot this past week, hilarious!
It's part of a viral marketing campaign, we've actually created flyers that look homemade and hung them around town. The phone number leads to a recorded message from Bob, and the caller can leave their message (and some of the messages are hilarious).
As a side note, when I started building that web site, I had no idea how difficult it would be to make a site that looked so horribly retro. I had to visit the Wayback machine web site to view sites from the late 90's to see what they looked like.
