The Australian Zionist Youth Council is the umbrella/parent body of the 6 Zionist Youth Movements in Australia.
AZYC organises the year-long programs [Shnat] each of the movements run individually from an admin perspective - flights, insurance etc.
I've been contracted to redo their website, which involves a few static pages of text/images, and a rather large registration system for the Shnat program. The site doesn't really advertise to anyone, it's just there so they have a web presence, and also to run the registration system.
The system will allow participants to add their information online into a database, as well as download forms that for legal reasons can't be submitted online [eg: medical forms, statutory declarations etc]. It's being redesigned because, in a nutshell, the old one sucks.
This is the first draft [actually the second draft, but the first won't be presented to the client] of one of the registration pages. It's a static image done in photoshop, so kerning/leading etc hasn't been toyed with, and some elements [text boxes etc] will be slightly out of whack/unstyled until they are web-ified.

Clean. Easy to read and navigate.
My only comment--add some colour. I find all the blue too staid.

Yes this is a key term in design yet the site may be to simple. It is very boring with a very bland look. I am not sure if this is what they are looking for or not. I understand it is not really advertising anything yet it should still be interesting to look at.
fair enough. this is just the forms section, so by the very nature of the content it's not going to be particularly interesting, but there will be a bit more going on [progress indicators etc]
the rest of the site will have photos and a less sterile use of text etc.

Great site! A picture in the header might liven this up a bit...
Great examples of religiously themed websites here:

This is just the forms section, the rest of the site will be filled with more photos etc.
I might add some icons in to denote online and pdf forms too.
