but I think the black bands at the top overpower the soft image. I think if you took them away and used awesome, smart typography to make the headline stand out, it would be awesome.
Dont go too bold with the type, go something really modern and light.
that U use at the side of poster makes your project very nice, and it's relate with her hair :)

Instead of the bars, why not try reversing the text out of larger, solid black flowers to keep the flow of the piece going?
Size for the door of the shop will hinge on the client's preference. It could be as small as letter-sized or be a clear vinyl adhered to the entire inside panel of a glass door.

I agree with everyone about the text in the bars. I'm also thinking that there needs to be more of a break between "the artistic team" (is that the name of the shop?) and "We take style seriously" -- they flow together when done in the same font, and it reads awkwardly.
The floral brushes are starting to become overused, but I think it's a nice touch here. The photo and gradient screen look good. The purple eye shadow is fabulous with the red. I like that touch.
Remember this may fade very quickly in the light, and you'd lose all the impact. Is the door made of anti-UV glass?

the bars on the top can work but they should be a complimentary color (perhaps sample a red and then set the blend mode to multiply). I would also experiment with layer masks on the bar to gradually fade out the transparency. I also think there needs to be a hierarchy for the size of the text.
